Brothers and Sisters, Business Manager John Boulden, Assistant Business Manager Paul Simon, President Ralph Pini, and Executive Board Chainrman Gabe Alvini returned from Pittsburgh today after attending a mandatory meeting of the IBEW Utility Locals. The purpose of this meeting was to receive the State of Our Union presentation from our International President Ed Hill.
