Brothers and Sisters, The Union Meeting on April 8, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. will be held at the IBEW Local 313 Union Hall. The address is 814 West Basin Road New Castle, DE, 19720. This meeting will include the second reading of our proposed changes to the By-Laws followed by a vote. We encourage your attendance and participation.
